INSURANCE & PAYMENTS

Insurance: 

 

We accept nearly all major insurance plans including:

  • Medicaid and CHIP including local HMO plans (Driscoll, Superior and Christus)

  • Aetna

  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Texas

  • Cigna

  • Humana (excluding HMO)

  • Tricare

  • United Health Care

  • Several others (call for more information)

Uninsured or Underinsured Patients:

 

We offer fair and reasonable pricing for families who are paying out of pocket  

  • $100 standard minimum charge for new patients (sick or wellness exams)

  • $70 standard minimum charge for routine office visits (established patient, sick evaluations)

  • $80 standard minimum charge for wellness exams (established patient, infant, toddler, school aged child exams and teenage camp and sports physicals)

  • $10 minimum additional charge per extra individual in-office procedures including but not limited to lab tests and immunizations

  • Payment plans offered for financial hardship (minimum half total charge due at time of service)
